I am a graduate Philosophy student at the University of Puerto Rico. I presently live with my mother, Belén Barbosa, and my sister, Belén Rosario, who is mentally retarded and blind. My dad, Charles Rosario, passed away when I was 5 years old. My brother, Carlos Rosario, who was also mentally retarded and blind, passed away when I was 15 years old. He was a holy soul of God and I'm sure he's in Heaven now.
Though I descend from a recognized figure, José Celso Barbosa, who advocated statehood, I favor Puerto Rico's independence.
I consider myself a Roman Catholic, though I'm always critical of the Church in some of its doctrines. My love for Christ is very deep, and I consider Him the first love of my life.
I love debating but never like to take personal attacks of any kind, I'm not that kind of person. I love peace and fight for just causes. Recently I was put in jail for my fight for the US Navy to leave Vieques as soon as possible. I was arrested on April 27,2001 in US Navy restricted areas. On July 16, 2001 I was sentenced to fifteen days in jail.
Presently I'm preparing myself for my Master's Degree in Philosophy; also always being with my friends. It is always my task to be somehow a blessing for anybody who meets me.
May God bless you always!
